The Guardian Initiative believes in the work of anti-trafficking agencies and deeply understands the price paid by the leadership operating those agencies. We have learned through years of relationship building many leaders are operating on fumes. The constant pouring out leaves these leaders empty, in need of replenishment, and often, just an ear to listen.

We take a Christ-centered approach to empowering, supporting, and strengthening those on the front lines of the fight against child trafficking. We recognize the emotional, mental, and spiritual toll of this work and our mission is to develop deep, meaningful relationships with leaders and to become a safe harbor for them to be emotionally and spiritually refilled, encouraged in their calling, and reminded they are not alone—so they can continue to develop their teams in a healthier, stronger, and more effective way.
